These specialists work across a variety of platforms and interface with our back end resources when developing web and digital solutions. Importantly our digital designers have to think and work globally, because that’s the world we live in (and love).
Our head of creative talent management is the conductor of a global team. The person who helps make the UP System run 24/7. The person who builds the strongest teams with just the right skill sets and support. Some call him Alan. We call him a genius of creative orchestration.
Content and Inbound is a core part our client communications planning and we have a team of people located in key global locations. Their aim is to orchestrate and produce high quality content on topics as wide ranging as place branding, life science, health, IT and sustainability. Driving high quality content is an everyday demand at UP.

What gets you UP? In the morning?? Sheer willpower. After my first cup of coffee, a creative conversation with someone in UP.
The people who create the visual side for our client projects. We look long and hard at the portfolios of the people we recruit as art directors. We’re looking for genuine talent, team players and people who bring real insight to their work. They also have to be people who are comfortable working in global teams and through our unique cloud based systems.
The important interface with our clients. This is a global team with huge experience in running brand, communications and digital projects. They coordinate teams often located around the world and are the masters of our global cloud based tools. They will start jobs in Europe, move them to the US in the afternoon, and then back to Europe for the next morning. They thrive in our 24/7 cloud based world.
With the world becoming ever more crowded with brands and communications, creating distinctive identity is a necessity nowadays. Identity lies at the heart of what UP does and we have a number of identity specialists who have worked with some of the biggest brands around. People who can help make identities stand out.
We’re lucky because we have writers in all shapes and sizes, and none more important than our journalists. These guys get to the heart of a story with an honesty that makes people want to keep on reading. The area we are using our journalists mostly in nowadays is in our Content and Inbound Marketing programs for clients.
